What is my wrist size?

What if my bracelet is the wrong size?

Please contact us and we will find a solution.
You have one week after you received the product to ask for a refund or an exchange of the bracelet.

My MLC1948 bracelet is broken/damage?

The quality of our products is a priority for us. Each product goes through a careful quality check but sometimes products may have quality issue that go unnoticed during quality control. If you have a problem with your MLC1948 accessory (damaged, broken or other),contact us and send us some photos of the problem and we will do our best to solve it as soon as possible.

Order

How can I change/cancel?

Please contact our customer support via the Contact Page as soon as possible to change or cancel your order before it is shipped.
After the order is shipped we cannot accept any order changes or order cancellation.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

Delivery time varies from country to country.
For Switzerland it takes 1 or 2 days, but it may take as long as 3 weeks for other countries.
You will receive an email with your shipment tracking number, so you can follow your package.
If you don’t get your order after 3 weeks, you can contact us on the Contact Page and our team will check if there is a problem.

What do I do if I have received the wrong product or size?

Please check your products as soon as they are received to ensure that they are in good condition and exactly what you have ordered. If you find anything wrong with the product, please contact us immediately!

How can I get my Ambassador's discount code for my followers?

Send an e-mail to fancode@mlc1948.com with the following info:
– Your order’s number
– Your name and surname
– Your Instagram name

What to do if my order is blocked at the customs?

Just send them your order’s invoice to know more about the correct customs fees.

Yes, our payments are handled by Stripe which is a company recognized all over the world for its safe payment processing capabilities.

Shipping

What is the shipping price?

You don't have to pay any shipping fees. We offer free shipping worldwide.

When will my order be shipped?

The current manufacturing time is 3 days ; after that your order will be shipped and delivery time depend of your country but it’s around 2-3 weeks.
For some countries it’s less (we deliver in 1-2 days in Switzerland, 3-5 days in France and Germany) and for some other countries it’s more, depending on the Postal Service of your country.

What are the VAT and custom fees?

All prices shown on our website include a Swiss VAT (Value Added Tax), which is 7,7% of the total price. Fees and taxes from your own country may be applicable once the order reaches the customs.
Please contact the customs office in your country to learn if there are any charges.

Why was I asked to pay a custom fee when I received my order?

Our shipments are from Switzerland and depending on your country customs in your country sometimes take customs fees.
We offer delivery fees to offset the customs tax, so you had customs fees to pay to the customs of your country but you do not pay any delivery fees on our website.
The tax you paid does not come back to us, it goes to the customs of your country.
